Express: Hand Building

Our "Hand Building" Express Class teaches the fundamentals of hand building pottery in a condensed format: you will learn coiling as well as pinching techniques, and using slabs to build pieces or use our variety of molds. Create functional pieces such as mugs and plates, or realize any ideas you might have for sculptural works - the choice is yours! Afterwards, we will glaze your pieces in one of our studio colors (please allow 4-5 weeks for pick up).

Over the course of four hours split between two days, there will be ample time for practice, and the small group setting allows for plenty of guidance by our experienced teachers.

All materials and tools are provided. Firing fees are included.

All class participants are eligible for a discount of 50.00 EUR for an open studio package.
