Refund policy

Once you book a class with us, you cannot cancel for a full refund. Our policy is as follows:

• You can switch to a class of the same type on a different date/on different dates (if a spot is available) at no cost. Please write us so we can see what we can do.
• You are allowed to transfer your booking to another person. If you choose to do so, please let us know.
• If we need to cancel the class for any reason, you will receive a full refund, of course. In this case, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at empire.of.dirt.studio@gmail.com.
  

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on gift cards.
